The Driving Experience simulator program was designed to give our drivers all the tools, skills, education and reinforcement for driving in the real world in a manner consistent with safety and care. One Simple Decision is a reality check module that clearly shows that our driving decisions not only affect us, but all the other drivers with whom we share the roads. Taking our driving skills from the simulator to the real world will make a difference in how we decide and when we decide to make safer driving choices.
The module consists of 4 Driving Distractions sessions and 3 Impaired Driving sessions with each session running approximately 5 minutes long. Drivers will experience the real life scenarios and consequences for making the wrong decision and will feel the impact of how it will alter their lives.
Becoming distracted or driving while impaired are choices. Making the decision to not let them interfere with your driving for your safety and the safety of others is a choice as well. It takes one simple decision to save your life and spare someone else's in the process.
